About

The F.M. Hawkins Center is dedicated making quality biblical education available to ministers and laypersons.  We make this possible by offering courses that are free to any who wish to attend.  In addition, those courses can be taken as a part of a certificate degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. 

Academics

The F.M. Hawkins Center has recently partnered with New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary to begin offering Certificates through NOBTS.  We began offering the Biblical Teaching Certificate in Fall of 2015.  The classes needed to complete the certificate are as follows:

Introduction to Old Testament Study:

  • Old Testament Bible Course – BIUS1140

Introduction of New Testament Study:

  • The Life of Christ – BIUS1151
